In 2010, Marco Marrocco embarked on an extraordinary journey, taking over 3.5 hectares of his grandfather's vineyard land. Armed with a background in engineering and an unyielding determination, he set out to revive ancient vines and create locally authentic wines. He threw himself into study and, after completing his Oenology degree and gaining hands-on experience in Bordeaux, he returned to Arce with a bold vision.

Palazzo Tronconi's wines are a delightful awakening for enthusiasts seeking rare wines, unique flavours or locally authentic experiences. Italy boasts around 2000 indigenous grape varieties, yet only a handful are widely known. 

Palazzo Tronconi's wines, such as Zi’tore and Móvecò, prominently feature the indigenous Lecinaro grape, with cherry and spice notes. Donnicò showcases the Ulivello Nero grape, which is a bit darker, blending cherry, plum, pepper, and chocolate favours. 

Adding to the narrative and providing insight into the essence of Marco's project, you’ll find distinctive labels and names assigned to each wine. These are a journey in and of themselves.
