The patience and dedication in crafting this white wine are evident; it originates from 50-year-old vines, undergoes fermentation, and matures on lees for a remarkable 6 years. Drinkable now and and can also be aged another 5 years. Serve well chilled. Pairs well with seafood, poultry and goat’s cheese.
