Château Nadal Hainaut is a modern, innovative family winery led by 3 sisters adding their personal touch to outstanding Roussillon wines.

Riversaltes Tuilé is a delicious dessert wine made from Grenache grapes. It’s shiny copper in colour, unveiling rich aromas of candied fruit intertwined with caramel and fig. These exquisite flavours seamlessly carry through to the palate, accompanied by the richness of overripe grapes, hints of gingerbread and delicate undertones of coffee

The vineyard for Riversaltes Tuilé is located in Le Soler, on chalky clay soil with river pebbles.  This wine was made via spontaneous fermentation with some skin maceration time before fermentation was stopped for the addition of alcohol.  The wine was aged and oxidised for 7 years in barrels outdoors. This wine is not filtered. Sediment may be present.

Food Pairing: This wine can be served as an aperitif or paired with desserts or a cheese platter.

Serve:  Serve slightly chilled

Aging potential: Delicious right now but this wine also has remarkable aging potential
