Tenuta Lenzini crafts deliciously modern biodynamic wines along the picturesque Tuscan coastline.

‘Vermignon’ is an inspired name for this wine thanks to its blend of 2 grapes - Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc. This delightful medium-bodied white wine, with its lovely yellow straw hue, unveils an aromatic bouquet of citrus, peach, floral hints, and herbs. These flavours carry through to a refreshing palate, culminating in a subtly saline finish.

The biodynamic vineyard for Vermignon is located at 90 metres altitude in the foothills of Lucca, Gragnano, on sandy soils, rich in silica.  The grapes were hand harvested, pressed and macerated for 24 hours before being spontaneously fermented using indigenous yeasts. After fermentation, the wine was aged for a few months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, followed by bottling. This wine is not fined, nor filtered.
