Pét-Nat
From its rustic charm to versatile food pairing, we can’t get enough of Pet Nat. Short for Pétillant Naturel (Naturally Sparkling), Pet Nat is an ancient winemaking method that predates Champagne. Put briefly, partially fermented grape juice is bottled, allowing natural carbonation to occur, which produces soft and light bubbles. Pet Nat wines come in a variety of styles, showcasing the unique character of different grape varieties and regions. Experiment and have fun!
