Blank is a contemporary take on Sauvignon Blanc from the broader Valais region. With a pale golden hue, it greets the senses with an aromatic bouquet of citrus fruits, pear, ripe golden apple, and a delicate trace of mineral notes. On the palate, it is lively, harmonious and refreshing.
The vineyard for Blank is located in Chamoson. The grapes were hand harvested, then directly pressed in whole bunches with 48 hours of settling. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 8 months in stainless steel before bottling. This wine unfiltered.
