OR-ANGE is their splendid take on skin-contact, orange wine. It offers a delightful and approachable drinking experience, distinguishing itself from others that may exhibit a hint of bitterness. This wine is an enticing and soft, orange gold colour.The nose is a delicate bouquet of florals, and the palate introduces an array of fruit flavours, including white fruits, citrus, honey, and subtle hints of lychee. The finish is invigoratingly fresh with a touch of tautness.
The grapes were harvested at perfect maturity to obtain optimal fruit expression. The musts (juice) of the grapes were left in contact with the skin, seeds and stalks for a few days. The grapes were fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks then left to mature on fine lees, followed by bottling.
