The small plot for this wine is actually right next to Chateauneuf du Pape although it can’t be labelled and classified as such, consider it a steal! It’s magnificent ruby red, revealing a bouquet of delicious red fruit and spices. Full bodied and well balanced with rounded tannins.
The grapes are harvested from 70-year old vines with each grape variety destemmed and fermented separately before blending. Aging is completed in stainless-steel tanks for 6 months.
Decant 30 minutes before serving at room temperature. Pairs well with all kinds of meats and roasted vegetables
