JauJau 1er Blanc is their premium white, sourced from top tier plots with black marl schist soil. This is a superb white wine made from Grenache Gris grapes. It’s an intense golden colour with a complex bouquet of peaches and apricots combined with a sprinkle of floral notes. These enticing aromas gracefully transition to a rounded palate with a fresh, lingering finish.
The grapes were hand harvested and fermented in barrels. Afterwards, the wine was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, then bottled
