Delivery time
Delivery takes place within 2-3 working days following order and payment confirmation.
Placing an order
- Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from us and we will prepare your order.
- When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Swiss Post containing tracking information.
- Please make sure your email address, delivery address and phone number are correct. If not, you will not receive any notifications and, in the event that the delivery address is not correct or recognised by Swiss Post, your order will not be delivered.
- By entering your shipping address, you confirm that your address can receive deliveries
While you don’t need a Swiss Post account, it’s beneficial to create one if you seek even more delivery options and flexibility, not just for Off Piste but also for your other packages delivered via Swiss Post. The link to do so is below and the process only takes a few minutes.

Delivery fees
For orders above CHF140, delivery is free of charge.
For orders under CHF140, a flat rate of CHF11 is applied.
Unfortunately there are no deliveries on weekends. Orders and deliveries are for Switzerland only.
