These easy drinking wines are refreshingly dry with high acidity and hints of saline notes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean. They are produced using the rare and indigenous grapes varieties, Hondarrabi Zuri, Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia and Hondarrabi Beltza, which are sometimes blended with other grapes.
