Located in Basque Country, Northern Spain, Bizkaiko Txakolina is one of 3 Designations of Origin for Txakoli wine. These easy drinking wines are refreshingly dry with high acidity and hints of saline notes from the nearby Atlantic Ocean. They are produced using the rare and indigenous grapes varieties, Hondarrabi Zuri, Hondarribi Zuri Zerratia and Hondarrabi Beltza, which are sometimes blended with other grapes. Perfect as an aperitif alone or with seafood, chicken, cured meats or cheese.
